The Hot Room is our infrared mat studio where we flow, move, and sculpt in the heat. By training in the heat, you'll level up your stamina and increase your sweat. This boosts your benefits by enhancing circulation, promoting detoxification, and increasing calorie burn. Please be aware this room gets hot. Temperatures can range between 90-100 degrees. We recommend hydrating thoroughly before and after attending class.

Meet sculpt…this class incorporates light weights, resistance bands, and LIIT (low intensity interval training) into your favorite mat pilates class so you can take it to the next level. Expect to see your favorite mat movements spiced up to bring you extra sculpt and sizzle.

Core Centric, Targeted, Breath Work
Build deep core strength and learn to activate your inner corset in our newest heated class. The CoreSet is comprised of targeted exercises that sculpt every section of your core in under 45 minutes. This class uses the pilates ball to challenge your core stability and deepen your connection to your breath. By harnessing the power of your breath, you’ll learn how to effectively engage your inner corset.
