fundamentals
Core Centric / Alignment / Instructional
New to Pilates? Build your foundation and learn the fundamentals of pilates in this full body flow. This class is all about alignment and teaches you what the traditional exercises should feel like so you can fine tune your technique. It’s a great class for newbies and seasoned practitioners that need a refresh.
The Feel: A no frills, damn good pilates class.
Open Level Reformer Class.

strength & length
Stability / Strength / Mobility
S&L is our cult favorite class. Sculpt your body while elongating your muscles as you flow through a seamless sequence of movements that connect you deep to your core. You'll leave class feeling taller, stronger, and stretched. Build on the foundational pilates exercises and explore contemporary choreography in this total body workout.
The Feel: Stronger, Stabilized, and Shaky AF

cardio core
Endurance / Control / Sweat
This athletic reformer class will get your heart pumping and your body jumping! CC incorporates the Pilates jumpboard and will put your core and legs to the ultimate test! Think low impact cardio meets pilates. You’ll improve your stamina, speed, and strength in this total body workout. We guarantee endorphins will be flowing and you will be glowing by the end of class.
The Feel: Like experiencing your favorite spin class supine.
Intermediate Reformer Class.
Prerequisite: 5 classes at Pilates House or other contemporary pilates training.

AAA
Circuit / Athletic Conditioning / Strength
Want to feel the burn in all the right places? Our AAA class uses targeted pilates movements and functional exercises to sculpt your body where you want it the most. We’ll focus on toning your abs, sculpting your arms, and shaping your glutes. Not just once, but twice. This circuit style class will leave you feeling accomplished, energized, and empowered.

Intermediate Level Reformer Class.
Prerequisite: 10 classes at Pilates House or other contemporary pilates training.

advanced reformer
Skill Development / Balance / Control
This advanced class builds on foundational pilates repertoire by offering more challenging variations, transitions, and advanced choreography. You’ll be forced to focus as these advanced exercises take full mental and physical awareness. If you want to level up your practice and see pilates through a new lens, this is a great class for you.
The Feel: Like the first day of cirque du soleil.
Advanced Level Reformer Class.
Prerequisite: 30 classes at Pilates House or other contemporary pilates training.
Not appropriate for pregnant clients or clients with serious injuries.
