Sink into an evening of pure bliss. In this deeply therapeutic workshop, Lindsay will guide you through a 90 minute revitalizing and healing yoga practice.
Start with pranayama (breathing) then move into a slow-flowing series of standing poses designed to revive the body and mind. The second half of the class includes restoring floor-based poses that are held longer to unlock your body including your feet, legs, hips, back, shoulders, neck and wrists. These postures will keep your body healthy and your mind stress-free.
This style of yoga will target the connective tissues such as ligaments, bones, and joints of the body that are not often exercised in a more active style of yoga practice. Feel the healing benefits of yoga by liberating your body's chronic holding patterns and pain.
Accessible for all levels, this class includes pranayama, meditation, and a rejuvenating yoga flow. The room will be warmed to a comfortable 78-80 degrees to allow for optimal release of the body.
